End of a journey, end of a lil dream , part 4

This is the final part of my lil dream ('ti reve' as they say in matnik)

of sailing the carib, with my son Nick, to boot!!!!

Thank you Huaras and Delphine, on oniva (who are sailing round the word) for the inspriration!

But before sailing into matnik we see whales just out out of St Lucia. What a sight to see such enormous creatures beside us, they must be wondering what are we doing here????! Will have to wait for gopro vids for more details :-)

We sail past club med where we started our journey, weeks ago, seems like yesterday. Note Nick is a lot more tanned than when we left!!!! And a tough sailor and good cook and wonderful kid too!!!!

We meet up with a friend of my friend, Oguz from Geneva : Al and Nel from Canada,

who spend winters down here every year on their Lagoon 380. HOW LUCKY they are and what a very nice couple

AND who introduced us to the best kebab , in the carib , the ELITE KEBAB here in Le Marin, just behind the Marina !!!

But before the story ends, Nick must take a photo from the top of the sailboat....

Anyway, fearless Nick (Carol, I know, you would never have accepted the task) goes up the mast...

Is he up there yet?? OMG, this is higher up than .....

Rest assured, there is 'pani pwoblem'

Hey , there's the solar panels, Paps and the Dinghy!!!

All is well as Nick goes to the top and back down with no problem at all.
